Experience: 2–8 years in facility management Education: Graduate (non-technical) Age: 25–40 years (22+ if experience fits); up to 48 for ex-servicemen (physically fit) Language: Should know the local/regional language Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical equipment Good knowledge of facility management Computer skills – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Other Requirements: Willing to work under pressure Open to travel Good coordination with police and govt. departments Ready to take ownership and responsibility Key Responsibilities of Venue Admin Managers (VAM) at Fixed Venues (ViDZs) Venue Admin Managers (VAMs) at Fixed Venues (ViDZs) are responsible for managing day-to-day operations, infrastructure, manpower, and compliance to ensure smooth functioning. On non-exam days, VAMs carry out daily inspections of the iDZ, monitor electricity and DG fuel consumption, take attendance of all dedicated staff, and supervise housekeeping, IT, and security operations. They check critical equipment (DG/UPS), maintain hygiene standards, verify completion of assigned tasks, inspect assets for defects, and ensure accurate record-keeping in registers. They also submit reports to the Regional Admin Manager (RADM) and manage all end-of-day closing procedures. On exam days, VAMs handle additional responsibilities such as key management, deployment and briefing of exam and support staff, crowd and security management, and infrastructure readiness. They ensure the availability of exam materials, enforce social distancing, manage emergency response measures, and coordinate with stakeholders including clients and government authorities. Post-exam, they oversee site shutdown and ensure safety compliance. VAMs also handle routine tasks such as weekly training, monthly invoice verification, compliance tracking, and quarterly emergency drills. They ensure timely submission of certificates and maintain all equipment and assets as per standards. Additionally, VAMs manage continuous activities like SOP adherence, branding, SLA compliance, partner coordination, emergency handling, and cost optimization, ensuring operational excellence at ViDZs.
