Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and digital databases.
• Handle mobilization and demobilization of workers at client sites.
• Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and labor law requirements.
• Coordinate with clients during visits, inspections, and audits.
• Provide manpower deployment updates and reports to clients.
• Address employee grievances related to salary, attendance, or facilities.
• Maintain grievance register and escalate major issues to HR/Management.
• Support in resolving worker disputes and maintaining healthy relations.
• Manage contracts, agreements, and statutory documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and manpower deployment reports.
• Assist management in client meetings, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure smooth communication between workers, clients, and management.

Skills Required:

• Graduate (Administration/HR/Management preferred).
• 2–5 years’ experience in administration (manpower/staffing industry preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
