Profile - Administrator (Advanced Excel Skills)

Experience - 2-4yrs

Salary - 30-35k

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator with strong expertise in Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain records, generate reports, and support operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.

  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis, etc.).

  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and databases.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.

  • Support management with data-driven insights and MIS reporting.

  • Handle correspondence, file management, and general office tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration/Commerce).

  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles or data management.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level) and MS Office tools.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
