Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility operations
  • Supervise housekeeping, security and maintenance teams
  • Maintain office infrastructure, supplies and service contracts
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and organizational protocols
  • Assist in vendor management, procurement and asset tracking
  • Prepare administrative reports, records and correspondence
  • Manage office budgets, petty cash and expense tracking
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics as needed
  • Support HR and finance teams in documentation and compliance
  • Handle staff grievances related to admin matters

Eligibility & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software
  • Knowledge of vendor management and basic budgeting
  • Ability to handle multitasking, pressure and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
