Job Description

Human Resources Tasks:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Assist with payroll data collection and leave tracking
  • Maintain HR compliance documentation

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support management in day-to-day tasks and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
