The Administrative Coordinator in the Support Services is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Principals and Managers, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day tasks. The role involves managing calendars, travel, meetings, office coordination, and supporting employees with administrative queries, while working independently with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:

Manage and maintain schedules for Principal and Manager.

Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, and boarding and lodging.

Provide real-time scheduling support, including booking appointments and managing conflicts.

Handle general office tasks and day-to-day administrative activities.
-
Manage expense filing and related documentation.
-
Coordinate inter-office requirements across India and global offices.
-
Oversee time entry management for Principals and Managers.
-
Assist employees with administrative queries and direct them to the appropriate point of contact.

Organize team dine-in / dine-out arrangements.
-
Manage meeting room reservations.
-
Prepare agendas and plan for client and other internal meetings.

Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for the office and/or organization.

Interpret and implement administrative and operating policies and procedures.

Arrange mementos / gifts for clients.

Coordinate internal / external conferences / meetings at hotels or other venues.

Coach junior team members and guide them in their day-to-day work.

Manage logistics for office-level events and leadership visits
What You'll Bring:
-
Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Business Administration .

At least 4–5 years of administrative experience.

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendar), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Possesses a pleasant disposition and professional mannerism.

Good spoken and written English.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision
