Job Description: • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff. • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping. • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive. • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, Social Media, Email, WhatsApp) Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, email, Facebook, Instagram, Linkdin etc Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platforms Manage social media marketing campaigns Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic) Manage SEO campaigns Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms Research market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
responsible for maintaining smooth communication and coordination with partners and channel partners through regular emailing, calling, and handling official correspondence and documentation. The role includes managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring proper office infrastructure, cleanliness, and handling procurement while coordinating with vendors for supplies and services. The candidate will also work on company ERP systems, regularly update internal data and lists, and maintain accurate records and files. Additionally, the Admin Executive will collaborate with HR and other departments, assist in organizing meetings, events, and team activities, and provide administrative support for planning and implementation of company goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP usage, be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a positive team player with the ability to multitask effectively.
