As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience, the role based in Surat, Gujarat requires you to have a graduation degree with no backlogs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations. - Handle correspondence, documentation, petty cash, and record-keeping. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth functioning. - Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure timely procurement. - Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements. - Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and infrastructure. - Handle basic HR & admin support tasks such as attendance and joining formalities. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Draft letters, circulars, and HR-related communication. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams. - Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and facility management. - Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Maintain confidentiality of HR and business data. Skills & Competencies: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Problem-solving and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
