Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at Versetti Family Office. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, maintain phone etiquette, manage communication channels, and provide executive administrative assistance. Responsibilities will include clerical duties such as scheduling, data entry, and managing documents and records.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with MS Office Suite and office management software
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
