Role Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain product details (content, photos, videos) on our internal software application.
• Handle client queries on Instagram (DMs) and redirect to WhatsApp.
• Manage WhatsApp client queries and coordinate with senior staff to share quotes.
• Follow up with clients as required.

What we’re looking for:

• A fresher who is comfortable using computer, phone, and internet applications.
• Someone with good communication and coordination skills.
• A candidate looking for long-term growth with us (not a short-term stint).

• Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with office software and equipment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
