Key Responsibilities Design professional graphics for social media posts, brochures, flyers, property ads, sponsorship materials, and presentations . Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form property tours & podcasts . Edit podcasts and training videos with intro/outro branding, captions, and effects. Work with the team on campaign visuals, website graphics, and client decks . Manage design projects end-to-end: from brief to final delivery. Repurpose content across multiple platforms to ensure consistent branding. Requirements Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent tools) . Knowledge of social media trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Experience editing property videos, business ads, and community event footage . Familiar with real estate marketing style (clean, modern, high-impact visuals). Ability to use AI tools for design and video editing . Must install and use Time Doctor app during work hours.
