Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to clients and prospects.
• Book and manage appointments with buyers, sellers, and business owners.
• Handle emails professionally using

  Outlook

  and manage workflows in

  Office 365

• Use

  AI tools

  to support marketing, research, and admin tasks.
• Prepare property and business information packs.
• Maintain CRM records accurately.
• Assist with daily admin and reporting tasks.
• Support the director with ad-hoc duties (similar to what I normally do day-to-day in property sales, business broking, and client management).

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in

  Outlook, Office 365, and AI-based productivity tools

  .

• Must install and use Time Doctor app

  during work hours.
• Reliable internet connection and professional work setup.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or admin roles preferred.
