Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing clerical support. The role also involves supporting executive staff with various administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication within the office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
