Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate calendars for meetings and appointments Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring all details are organised Organise and maintain files per office protocols Coordinate and assign tasks to artisans and employees Monitor the performance of artisans and team members to support company growth Maintain accurate records of products created Track production and sampling timelines to ensure timely delivery Oversee inventory and manage office supplies Conduct sourcing visits as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Strong multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Show more Show less
