Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Thane. The Administrative Assistant will handle various day-to-day tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, providing executive-level administrative assistance, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include clerical work, ensuring organized documentation, and supporting other administrative operations as needed.

• Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field (preferred)
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with office software and equipment
