Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for smooth day-to-day operations of the institute.
  • Assist in managing official correspondence, documentation, and records.
  • Support compliance with government, university, and AICTE/UGC requirements.
  • Assist in student admission process, including handling inquiries, applications, document verification, and maintaining records.

  • Conduct initial counselling sessions with prospective students and parents to provide basic information on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during admissions, orientation, and events.

  • Handle front-desk responsibilities and serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate degree (preferably in Administration/Management/Education).
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration/admissions (educational institution preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work professionally with students and parents.
