The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing front-desk support. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle student and parent inquiries at the front desk and on calls. Maintain admission records, fee receipts, and attendance logs. Assist in scheduling classes, tests, and meetings. Support faculty and management with documentation and reports. Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline; diploma in office administration is a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or front-office roles. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic record management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently. Candidates residing near Malleswaram are preferred.
