Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Office Coordination & Accounts Assistant Location: DN Nagar, Andheri (W), Mumbai Company: Ceres Organics Pvt. Ltd. Working Days: 6 days a week Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with us. This role requires someone who can handle routine office tasks, support internal coordination, and assist in dispatch and accounting-related activities. Key Responsibilities:📁 Filing & Documentation: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files. 📦 Logistics Support: Coordinating with transporters and internal staff for smooth dispatch of materials. 🧾 Coordination: Assisting with day-to-day communication and workflow between departments. 💻 Computer Operations: Basic data entry, Excel updates, email follow-ups, and document handling. 📊 Support to Accountant: Assisting in daily accounting tasks such as bill filing, payment follow-ups, and entry tracking. Requirements: ✅ Willingness to learn and take initiative. ✅ Basic knowledge of English (understanding and communication). ✅ Ability to use a computer (Word, Excel, Email, etc.). ✅ Organizational and multitasking skills. ✅ Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but freshers are welcome if willing to learn.
