Administrative Executive

Your Role

As an Administrative Executive, you’ll be the operational backbone of our clinic ensuring that every detail runs smoothly and every client feels special.

You’ll manage:

• Client greetings, appointments & scheduling
• Calls, WhatsApp and front-desk coordination
• Daily documentation, reports and Excel tracking
• Billing support and client database management
• Coordination between the nutrition & support team
• Office administration

You’ll also support wellness events, internal meetings and assist with small operational projects that enhance the client journey.

You’ll Excel If You Have

• 1 year of experience in administration, client service or front-office roles (healthcare, wellness or hospitality preferred)
• Excellent communication in

  English, Hindi & Gujarati

• Strong command of

  MS Excel, Google Sheets, Docs and digital tools

• A professional and friendly personality calm, organized and always smiling
• A passion for health, wellness and helping people
