Role Overview: As a Team Support Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the Leadership Team (LT) members. You will play a crucial role in assisting with calendar management, travel arrangements, expense processing, and engaging in morale activities for the teams/FCs. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating various events such as All Hands, Town Halls, and team-wise gatherings. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in managing miscellaneous requirements, updating data, and facilitating smooth operations for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Leadership Team at all levels - Manage calendar schedules for LT members - Organize international and domestic travel arrangements for LT members - Process and reconcile expenses for LT members - Assist in organizing morale activities for teams/FCs - Coordinate team events, All Hands, Town Halls, etc. - Handle miscellaneous tasks such as blocking MPRs, arranging food, and other requirements - Assist in executive management and logistical arrangements as needed - Update gifts on internal SharePoint and manage T&E accruals, PO accruals - Maintain and update data as necessary - Generate and manage purchase orders for various requirements - Procure hardware, laptops, and peripherals for the team - Manage space and infrastructure updates as required - Handle HeadTrax changes for locations and reporting changes appropriately - Support in new hire onboarding and exit formalities of employees Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role Please note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.
