Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages external customer and partner scheduling, coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
  • Coordinates external meetings and events.
  • The scope of this role will be limited to external meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and expense submission for two regional leaders in EMEA and Asia.
