Role & responsibilities

  • Provide support to UK-based administrative staff by troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues.
  • Communicate effectively via email, chat, and calls to deliver prompt assistance.
  • Accurately update and maintain records on the companys online portals and systems.
  • Collaborate with the UK operations team to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.
  • Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
  • Adhere to operational procedures and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools or portals.
  • Willingness to work during UK business hours (afternoon to night shift in India).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
