Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Administration Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience and be responsible for handling administrative tasks, ensuring safety protocols, and managing office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily administrative activities, including preparing IMS documents and accepting samples.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with the principal to prepare procurement documents and manage sample acceptance.
Handle press and media-related activities, including checking security arrangements and conducting inspections.
Prepare and file necessary documentation, such as SIS and HIRA reports.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training in administration management are preferred.
Proven experience in administration work, office administration, and safety officer activities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong knowledge of IMS documents, filing, and documentation procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with HR, recruitment, administration, IR, training, and development principles is desirable.
