Administration Leader

Overall admin responsibility of all Transit India sites Responsibilities - Implement structured Infrastructure & Facilities Management Services like Office Contracts Services (existing & new), Office Security & Insurances, Front & Travel Desk, Assets Management. - Plan, direct or co-ordinate for all administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline various processes. - Ensure overall Office compliance across locations under a centralized control leading to cost saving and effectiveness. - Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property. - Respond to medical emergencies, - Manage complete Facilities and infrastructure set up including repair & maintenance. - Asset Management, maintaining an inventory & keeping a proper record of company assets. - Ability to maintain a strong connect with the regulatory / government authorities - Manage the travel desk; - Supervise travel, lodging/boarding arrangements. - Maintain and control the overall budgetary record and inventory for office administration function; Provide periodic dashboards to the senior management team on expenditure versus budget allocated and cost efficiency measures.
