Administration Intern

Objectives

1. Ensure timely and accurate administrative support during the kitchen expansion to support the field teams through backend support.

2. Maintain quality and efficiency in rental and utility billing processing, automation of rental sheets, reporting, and internal communication.

3. Getting abreast with the latest developments in the reporting and understanding new business models.

4. Provide professional development opportunities to a student or recent graduate interested in business administration.

5. Reduce workload pressure on existing administrative staff to prevent burnout and maintain productivity.

6. Manage daily office operations and assist facility maintenance operations

Scope of Work The Administrative Intern will assist with tasks including:

1. Rental payouts and reports, data entry, reporting structure development, and document filing

2. Processing vendor and supplier documentation for timely payouts and reprocessing NDCs.

3. Coordination between new property stores store setup logistics (supplies, equipment, etc.)

4. Coordination and managing new vendors and onboarding in system, reate a PO in SAP and Generating GRNs

5. Preparing reporting MIS for rentals and updating of compliance dashboards

Required skills

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

2. Strong organizational and time management skills

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

4. Ability to multitask and adherence to targets and timelines

5. Willingness to learn
