Job Description

Role Overview: You are a dedicated Administration Intern with excellent communication skills and a background in hotel management. Your main responsibility at Attero will be to assist in the day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have previous internship experience in administration, be proficient in data entry, presentation preparation, and be ready to handle various ad hoc tasks. Your role will involve working closely with the administration team to streamline office efficiency and support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations for smooth daily activities. - Data Entry: Accurately enter data into company systems, ensuring proper record-keeping and document filing. - Presentation Preparation: Create professional presentations, reports, and materials for internal meetings, events, and conferences. - Communication: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to handle email correspondence, phone calls, and maintain internal team communication. - Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating events for management and team members. - Documentation & Filing: Ensure digital and physical files are well-organized for easy access to important documents. - Office Maintenance: Help maintain a productive and organized office environment by assisting with general office upkeep. Qualifications: - Education: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Tier 2 hotel management college with a strong emphasis on administration and communication skills. - Skills: - Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Attention to Detail: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail. - Presentation Skills: Capable of preparing clear, professional, and visually engaging presentations and reports. - Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment. - Adaptability: Ready to handle various ad hoc tasks and adjust to shifting priorities. - Previous Experience: Prior internship experience in administration, preferably in a hotel management or corporate environment, is highly preferred.,
