Role Description This is a full-time on-site Administration Intern role located in Ahmedabad at CUPDF. The Administration Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to various projects, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with office operations and finance. The intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of urban planning and design. CEPT University established CEPT Urban Planning and Design Foundation (CUPDF) to operate as its Centre of Excellence (CoE), fostering innovation and improving practices in urban planning and design. CUPDF aims to bring together top talent to address India-focused urban reform agendas, framed to aid in better understanding and policy-making for urbanization. The Foundation's research will emphasize practical and relevant questions to promote and scale effective planning and design methods throughout the country. Role Description This is an on-site contract role for an Administration position at CUPDF, located in Ahmedabad. The Administration role will involve handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. The candidate will support the management team and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization. Qualifications Excellent organizational and administrative skills Proficiency in scheduling, record-keeping, and office management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate with different departments and manage multiple tasks Experience in managing meetings, events, and office activities Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Prior experience in an administrative role in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
