Its activities cover Architectural and Interior Design Projects of Urban Planning, townships, Institutional, Industrial, Residential and Commercial Complexes, Mall and multiplexes, Corporate Offices & high street Retail centres

Administration & HR (Leadership Position)

 Location: South Delhi

Minimum 10 years (AEC industry preferred)

What you’ll do:

• Lead HR & Admin functions across a 150+ people design studio
• Drive recruitment, training & performance management
• Ensure compliance, payroll & employee engagement
• Support leadership in building a strong organizational culture

What we’re looking for:

 10+ years’ proven HR & Administration experience

 Strong knowledge of AEC industry work culture

 Excellent leadership & people skills

 Ability to manage dynamic, design-driven teams
