You must be organized, highly and self motivated, and able to execute projects with little supervision. We are looking for INTERIOR DESIGNER with a Degree in Architecture(preferred) WITH 10+ in global leading architect firms or architectural design institute. JOB ROLE: We provide opportunity for those who are highly motivated, ambitious, inquisitive and eager to learn and take initiative. As a project designer/architect, you will have opportunities to be involved in and lead various parts of a project. You will work closely with project teams to develop conceptual designs into built work. You will have opportunities to take the lead on consultant, contractor and owner coordination and translate the design vision through documentation. Responsibilities will also include supporting the permitting process, code compliance, solving design issues and establishing drawing sets. REQUIRED SKILLS AND DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Strong software knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop,& other presentation software is a plus. • At least involved with two under construction/completed projects in past working experiences in hotel, urban mixed-use, civic buildings • enthusiastic approach and willing to learn and absorb from those around you • self-motivated but also a good team member who is able to work quickly and efficiently in an organized manner • motivation to step into leadership positions • self-confident and receptive to constructive feedback and criticism of your work • the skill to visualise concepts and explain them to others • developing detailed designs and choosing materials • producing sketches and mood boards • assisting the technical team to: • research materials & finishes etc and relevant detailing • schedule information accurately and efficiently • working accurately to a written or verbal brief • excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and visual • you must be comfortable working autonomously and possess exceptional attention to detail How to apply: Interested candidates are to submit a current resume and complete portfolio demonstrating design work in a single PDF file, 10 MB max file size.
