Administration & Facilities

As the Manager of Administration & Facilities at LambdaTest, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office administration, facilities management, vendor relationships, and compliance processes across our India operations. Your role will involve optimizing costs, enhancing the workplace experience, and supporting the growing workforce with seamless facilities and administrative services. Key Responsibilities: - Managing end-to-end facilities operations across multiple locations, including space planning, maintenance, and security. - Overseeing lease agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency. - Leading ISO audits, maintaining certifications, and ensuring adherence to all administrative and regulatory requirements. - Sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships for facilities and office supplies. - Coordinating employee transport and logistics. - Partnering with HR and leadership to design employee engagement activities and workplace events. - Leading and mentoring the administration team. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Finance and IT to align facilities strategy with company goals. Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of progressive experience in administration and facilities management within a fast-paced technology or corporate environment. - Proven expertise in ISO audits, vendor management, lease execution, procurement, and workplace safety. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or Operations (Master's preferred). - Familiarity with IoT/AI-driven facility management solutions is a plus.
