Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management

Welcome and greet visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage the reception area and maintain a pleasant office environment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier dispatches efficiently.
Maintain visitor and employee attendance records.

Administrative Support

Assist with daily office operations and coordination among departments.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory requirements.
Support HR and admin teams in scheduling interviews, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and office needs.
Prepare reports, handle petty cash, and assist in documentation.

Facility & Event Coordination

Support in organizing office events, celebrations, and meetings.
Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office premises and equipment.
