Key Responsibilities include:

1. Branch Setup & Infrastructure Management

Branch Setup:
Identify suitable premises, coordinate site visits, finalize locations, and ensure lease/license agreements as per company policy.
Project Monitoring:
Conduct periodic site checks to ensure timely completion and compliance with standards; hand over branch to the business team.
Branch Maintenance:
Oversee infrastructure repairs and ensure uninterrupted branch operations.
Hygiene & Upkeep:
Maintain cleanliness across branches through vendor and housekeeping coordination.
Asset Reconciliation:
Coordinate with Central Admin and branch teams to track and document branch-level assets.

2. Office & Facility Management

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and functionality of office premises.
Handle office supplies and inventory procurement, stock management, and vendor coordination.
Supervise housekeeping and security staff.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment, IT infrastructure (in coordination with IT), and utilities.

3. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain statutory records (fire safety, electricity, FSSAI, etc.).
Ensure compliance with NBFC regulatory norms (e.g., RBI signage, customer grievance posters).

4. General Administrative Tasks

Manage courier services, utility bills, and internal communication.
Maintain emergency contact lists and coordinate safety drills.
Support HR in onboarding/offboarding (e.g., workstation setup, access cards).
