Role

We are looking for a proactive and focused Office Assistant to support day-to-day administration, drafting, reporting and basic account work. The candidate should enthusiastic, cooperative and eager to learn with good communication in English and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting Proposals, board resolutions and official documents for a charitable trust.
  • Editing and formatting documents, presentations and reports in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Preparing and compiling reports as per management (record keeping data entry, coordination with accountant)
  • Following up with concerned parties via email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Handling general office administrative tasks efficiently.

Desired Skills & Qualities:-

  • Good English grammar and drafting ability.
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel Formatting / editing)
  • English Typing (type without seeing the keyboard - Decent/\ Mid level typing speed is preferred)
  • Computer savvy and comfortable with emails/WhatsApp coordination.
  • Focused, detail-oriented and able to follow up in time.
