Role We are looking for a proactive and focused Office Assistant to support day-to-day administration, drafting, reporting and basic account work. The candidate should enthusiastic, cooperative and eager to learn with good communication in English and computer skills. Key Responsibilities Drafting Proposals, board resolutions and official documents for a charitable trust. Editing and formatting documents, presentations and reports in MS Word and PowerPoint. Preparing and compiling reports as per management (record keeping data entry, coordination with accountant) Following up with concerned parties via email, phone or WhatsApp. Handling general office administrative tasks efficiently. Desired Skills & Qualities:- Good English grammar and drafting ability. MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel Formatting / editing) English Typing (type without seeing the keyboard - Decent/\ Mid level typing speed is preferred) Computer savvy and comfortable with emails/WhatsApp coordination. Focused, detail-oriented and able to follow up in time.
