Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration activities, including housekeeping management, canteen management, cafeteria management, and facility maintenance.
  • Oversee administrative operations such as record-keeping, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Ensure smooth operation of facilities by coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings within the organization's premises.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all areas under supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in administration or related field (facility management).
  • Strong knowledge of administration procedures, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
