Shall be responsible for handling hotel bookings and any other travel related issues
Shall be responsible for maintaining & update contact sheet of all employees at all times
Shall be responsible for performing other administrative work like supervision on Housekeeping/ Office Assistants.
Shall be responsible for purchasing of stationary items, eatables, flowers bouquets, whenever required
Shall be responsible for managing the front desk which includes welcoming visitors and guide them to concerned official.
Shall be responsible for developing new vendors for travel & hotel arrangements and to review their performance regularly
Shall be responsible for planning and managing the pantry activities & handle requests for order-in of meals by employees
Shall be responsible for talking care of conference room availability and ensure the require stationary is available during the time of meeting/conference.
Shall be responsible for preparation of comparative data on regards the phone, data card, stationary consumption and travel expenses monthly basis
Shall be responsible for arranging Courier requisites as per demand to respective locations.
Shall be responsible for maintaining the Medical Kit .
Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company
