Administration Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Executive to join our corporate office in Mumbai. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to gain exposure to office administration and operations in a professional corporate environment. The role involves managing day-to-day office activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Manage incoming calls.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
• Support Finance teams with employee records, onboarding formalities, and documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and assist with facility coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Professional demeanour with a positive attitude.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate office.
