Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall Operations and Projects of the academy
  • Maintain HR policies of the Academy
  • Manage scheduling of regular classes as well as new inquiries
  • Proactively propose new activities and projects for the academy
  • Maintain school records and databases accurately and securely
  • Manage any events of the academy and work related to it.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents for the academy.
  • Manage inventory for the academy.
  • Conduct detailed analysis regularly for continuous improvement in operations/projects, along with suggestions for management review.
About Company: We are a school of music in South Mumbai, offering teaching in a variety of music instruments and learning to children and young adults.
