Administration Executive
Basic Responsibilities:
  • Make sure of smooth running of the office
  • Take part in meetings with the director and handle all follow up actions and items
  • Be responsible for the office administration organization, HR, payroll, employee issues, implementation of processes, etc
  • Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify those of importance which require immediate attention
  • Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation
  • Organization: Adept at scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items
  • Supervise other clerical staff
  • Prepare MIS reports for the management
  • Handle all critical office situations with positive results
