Job Description

The Admin Executive will oversee administrative operations at the ICD, ensuring smooth procurement processes, infrastructure upkeep, and effective vendor management. This role requires coordination across multiple teams to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Role & responsibilities

Procurement

Implement procurement processes aligned with organizational goals.
Source and evaluate vendors for cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and maintain procurement records.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and monitor compliance with agreements.

Infrastructure Management

Oversee maintenance of ICD facilities, equipment, and utilities.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Coordinate with technical teams for repairs and upgrades.

Vendor Management

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery.
Ensure timely payments and adherence to contractual obligations.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of vendor services.

Administrative Support

Prepare MIS reports on procurement, infrastructure status, and vendor performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Education
: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience
: 24 years in procurement, infrastructure, or vendor management within logistics or ICD operations.
Technical Skills
:
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Soft Skills
:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
