About the Role

Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in execution of marketing campaigns and activities
  • Support content creation for internal and external communication (emails, presentations, newsletters)
  • Work on

    PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and Word documentation

  • Help manage and update social media content
  • Coordinate marketing and employee engagement events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for

    administrative and marketing logistics

  • Assist in

    basic design work

    (if applicable) and video editing

Key Skills & Tools Required

  • Strong command over

    MS Office tools

    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with tools like

    Canva, basic graphic design, video editing, or social media platforms

    will be an added advantage

Preferred Background (Flexible)
