Handle and coordinate with housekeeping and security vendors, ensuring service quality and timely issue resolution.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and maintain adequate stock of office stationery.
Monitor pantry and cafeteria operations, ensuring cleanliness, quality, and availability of supplies.
Welcome, assist, and manage visitors and clients, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience
Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Track office supplies and coordinate procurement as per requirements and budget.
Manage invoice verification, processing, reimbursements, and follow up with accounts for timely payments
Maintain accurate records of office assets, allocation, and movement
Prepare and submit regular MIS reports related to administration, facilities, and vendor services.
Arrange local transportation for visitors, guests, and senior officials as required.
