Role Description

This is a full-time offuce role for an Administration Assistant located in Raipur. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, and supporting executive administrative tasks. Daily tasks include organizing meetings, providing clerical support, and facilitating communication within the office. The role also involves ensuring smooth office operations and offering assistance to various departments as needed.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
  • Clerical skills
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
