• To manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
• Monitor and manage biometric or attendance systems daily.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records.
• Verify attendance data and prepare monthly summaries for payroll processing.
• Ensure timely updates of new joiners, resignations, and shift changes in the system.
• Handle leave applications, maintain leave balance reports, and track absenteeism.
• Prepare and share time office reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with HR and management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory norms (PF, ESIC, etc., if applicable).
• Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
• managing courier dispatches.
• Maintain and manage office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory.
• Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff or guests.
• Assist in organizing company events, audits, and employee engagement activities.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and office services.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Time Office and administrative roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or corporate environments preferred.
• Familiarity with HRMS / ERP systems is an added advantage.
