Job Description

Job Title: Admin and Liaison Officer
Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Liaison Officer to oversee administrative operations and maintain efficient coordination with external stakeholders, including government departments, vendors, and service providers. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, and a professional approach to problem-solving.

  • Preference will be given to retired personnel from the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Police services, with at least 2+ years of corporate experience.
  • Maximum age limit: 50 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee office infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and routine correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance needs.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and general office upkeep.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, travel bookings, and corporate events.
  • Support HR and accounts teams in logistical and documentation tasks.

Liaison Duties:

  • Serve as the primary contact for interactions with government authorities, regulatory bodies, local municipal offices, and Delhi Police.
  • Follow up on company licenses, permits, approvals, and renewals.
  • Ensure timely submission of necessary documents to respective authorities.
  • Manage compliance-related matters and legal formalities in coordination with external agencies.
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or LLB.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and liaison roles.
  • Preference will be given to retired personnel from the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Police services, with at least 2+ years of corporate experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of government processes, compliance, and documentation protocols.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with municipal bodies, labor departments, and licensing authorities.
  • Background in office or facility management.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and government filing procedures.
