Job location: Goregaon, Mumbai


Job Summary :


Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, communication, scheduling, travel, and administrative support to ensure smooth organizational functioning.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination for maintenance and security.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor management.
  • Schedule meetings, events, and support company activities.
  • Maintain travel records and assist with approvals and reimbursements.
  • Manage records, files, and assist HODs with calendar management.
  • Handle travel arrangements for domestic and international bookings, documentation, and vendor negotiations.
  • Support HR with onboarding, exits, and employee documentation.
  • Assist finance with petty cash and expense tracking.
  • Manage mail and courier services.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve administrative issues.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years in administration, front desk, or travel desk roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
