Additionally, you should be able to propose new and creative ideas while building constructive relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for Project Managers and Account team regarding Coupa Invoices and Project Assignment - Support Project Assignment Leaders in managing Rush Requests and Project Assignment - Serve as a liaison between Project Managers, Staffing, and Logistics team - Manage the Project Assignment inbox and post Assignments & Rush Requests in respective channels - Complete all necessary steps for Project Assignments, Rush Requests, and Coupa invoice approval - Identify and define process improvements and enhancements - Configure event-specific technology throughout the project lifecycle - Create budgets for all types of projects - Audit Assignment Calendar and Projects for Cancellation Process(es) - Audit Projects with no budget created and update accordingly - Stay up to date and actively participate in core Slack channels **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment - Integration of knowledge across disciplines for successful task execution - Strong coordination skills to work effectively with a team towards achieving goals - Strong ethics and high integrity - Proficiency in working with MS Office Suite Cvent fosters a diverse, collaborative, and open work environment where you will closely engage with active members of the thriving tech and event communities.,
