What You Will Be Doing:

• Act as the point of contact for Project Managers and Account team for Coupa Invoices and Project Assignment
• Support Project Assignment Leaders in managing Rush Request and Project Assignment
• Act as a liaison between Project Managers, Staffing and Logistics team
• Manage the Project Assignment inbox and Post Assignments & Rush Requests in respective channels
• Complete all Necessary Steps for Project Assignments, Rush Requests and Coupa invoice approval
• Identify and define process improvements and enhancements
• Configure event specific technology throughout the project lifecycle
• Create budget for all kind of projects
• Audit Assignment Calendar and Project for Cancellation Process(es)
• Audit Project with no budget created and update
• Stay up to date and Interact in core Slack channels

What You Need for this Position:

• Bachelors degree required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
• Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to ensure tasks execution success
• Ability to coordinate with a team to achieve goals
• Strong ethics and high integrity
• Able to work with MS Office Suite
