Admin/ Payroll Officer

About Us:
Beyond Barriers Care is an Australian NDIS-registered provider supporting people with disabilities through personal care, therapy, and community engagement services. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer / Admin to join our remote support team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process fortnightly payroll for Australian staff accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records, rosters, and timesheets in line with company procedures.
• Assist with reconciliation, data entry, and reporting for payroll and finance.
• Prepare and submit compliance-related documentation as directed by supervisors.
• Draft and schedule social media posts to support marketing and communication efforts.
• Perform general administrative duties including file management, email correspondence, and spreadsheet updates.
• Coordinate with HR and management to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong mathematical and accounting skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and cloud tools).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently.
• Basic knowledge of social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per year
