We’re growing quickly and are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer / Admin to join our remote support team in India. Key Responsibilities: Process fortnightly payroll for Australian staff accurately and on time. Maintain employee records, rosters, and timesheets in line with company procedures. Assist with reconciliation, data entry, and reporting for payroll and finance. Prepare and submit compliance-related documentation as directed by supervisors. Draft and schedule social media posts to support marketing and communication efforts. Perform general administrative duties including file management, email correspondence, and spreadsheet updates. Coordinate with HR and management to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Requirements: Strong mathematical and accounting skills with attention to detail. Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and cloud tools). Excellent written and verbal English communication. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently.
